About the product

Peintures à l'huile Gamblin 1980

Couleurs authentiques.

I've been using a whole spectrum of Gamblin 1980 oils for a number of years

I've been using a whole spectrum of Gamblin 1980 oils for a number of years. I think the color quality & consistency of their paint is great at a very reasonable cost. I use them in conjunction with "high end" oils, which I use more sparingly; if you make thick or impasto paintings, it can be hard on the budget!

1980 Gamblin oil paints

I had heard of this series and wondered why this product was listed as a beginners paint as had seen some professional artist use it. I tried the turquoise colour and was surprised to find the high pigmentation.
