Ce papier de fabrication française de 300 g/m² (140 lb) est spécialement formulé pour la peinture à l'huile.

Prêt à l'emploi, il ne nécessite ni gesso ni préparation particulière. Il offre une barrière anti-huile puissante et efficace qui absorbe uniformément l'eau, les solvants et les liants, tout en préservant la peinture et les pigments. Moins cassant que le papier enduit de gesso, il résiste à l'écaillage et aux craquelures.

Great for color studies and finished work

IGreat for color studies. I'm trying my hand at bird painting. This paper is great for smooth finished paintings. I have completed a painting on paper of a chickadee portrait and will mount it on a profile wood panel. The nice thing about paper is that it requires little storage space.

A fantastic ready surface for oils

It's a lovely surface to paint on, plus it takes up the least space for storage. It has absorbency, so if you use a lot of solvent it will behave more like watercolor than you are used to--best for direct painting.
