Shedding like a cat

I’m so disappointed. It’s beyond 30 days but I just started using this brush because it is a skill I was working up to. I was horrified to see all the fibres coming out in my water, all over my paper. So disappointing. Something obviously went wrong. I have many brushes and I take meticulous care of them so it’s not poor care and like I said, I just started using it. I’m very unhappy

Hi Wendy, I'm so sorry to hear that this happened with your brush. It certainly sounds like it was a defective product if it was starting to come apart like that from just using water. If you send us a photo of the brush to our email (sales@opusartsupplies.com) or bring it with you in-store to show us the damage, we can discuss either exchanging or refunding it for you.

The 30-day refund window you mention is really just for if you change your mind before using an item. Faulty products like this are a different scenario entirely. We want to make sure the products you get work the way they should!
