You will need:
- Setacolor Leather paint in various colours
- Flat brushes
- Special leather degreasing primer
- Leather pouch
- Palette for mixing colours
- Masking tape to mark off different areas
Difficulty level:
- Drying time: 48 hours
- Time to make: 5 hours
- Difficulty: medium - age 7 and up with the help of an adult
Step 1: Protect unpainted areas of the pouch
- Make sure you have all your supplies on hand. Choose paint colours that match your artistic vision.
- Use masking tape to mark off areas you don't want to paint. This guarantees clean, precise lines.
- Carefully wipe the leather pouches with the degreasing primer. A clean surface will ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Step 2: Apply the colours
- Start by applying the first coat of paint to the pouch. Use regular strokes to ensure an even application. Leave to dry completely.
- Once the first coat is dry, add details, patterns or textures with finer brushes.

Step 3: Apply subsequent coats if necessary
- Allow the paint to dry completely before moving on to the next coat or handling the pouches.
- If you want to intensify the colours, add extra coats, allowing each coat to dry between applications.
Step 4: Admire your NEW pouch!
- Carefully remove the tape to reveal clean, defined lines.
