Description

Jovi air hardening clay is suitable for children from the age of 4! It is a pleasure to use, has a pleasant and fresh feel and it doesn't stain in the way that clay does. It can be shaped by hand or by covering frames made of different materials (wire, wood...).

Then you just leave it to dry naturally in the air for 24 hours, thereby eliminating the need to use high temperature ovens.

Dries in the air (24 hours). Does not need firing in a kiln.
It has a fresh, pleasant feel.
It is easy to work with and more clay can be added while it is being moulded.
It can be painted with plastic paint, varnished, sanded down, sliced, rolled and cut.
Ready-to-use wet clay-based dough for modelling.
In order to avoid it drying out, store in an airtight container.
Doesn’t stick to your hands.

Washing methods:

Let the stain dry completely.
Once the stain is dry, washing the garment on a normal cycle should be enough to remove the stain completely.
ON RUGS AND CARPETS: let the stain dry completely. A wipe with a damp sponge dipped in liquid soap should be enough to remove the stain completely.

First impression

I wanted to try this clay so I bought a small terracotta only because it was the only one on the shelf but I was pleasantly surprised. I do small detailed dragon eyes and had tried the Das air dry white but it didn’t fill the bill for the detail and the clay was hard to move around but the Jovi I feels nice and is lovely to work with and doesn’t dry too fast. The terracotta is always a messy color to work with but the clay is great for detail work. It did not crack after 24 hours drying with a loosely draped plastic bag over top of the clay. So I have ordered some white for my future sculpts.
