Terms & Conditions - Opus Art Supplies Raffle: Daylight Wafer 3

Eligibility:

  • Participants must be residents of Canada and of legal age in their province or territory of residence to enter.

Entry Mechanism:

  • Participants will automatically receive one entry for every $200 spent on eligible purchases (after discounts and before tax) at Opus Art Supplies locations in Vancouver, BC, between September 14, 2023, and October 15, 2023.

Entry Period:

  • The giveaway begins on September 14, 2023, and ends on October 15, 2023. All times are in the Pacific Time Zone.

Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be randomly drawn on October 16, 2023, from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

Notification of Winners:

  • The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email by Opus staff after October 16, 2023.

Prize Claim Deadline:

  • The winner must respond to the notification by October 20, 2023. If no response is received by this date, another winner will be selected.

Disqualification: Participants may be disqualified if any of the following conditions are met:

  • They do not meet the minimum entry criteria.
  • Their Opus membership does not have the required contact information.
  • Their entry is received outside of the indicated dates.
  • They do not confirm their prize within the indicated timeline.

Prize Description:

  • The prize is a 19" x 25" Daylight Wafer 3 (SKU: JEFU35020) with a retail value of $463.

Prize Collection/Shipping:

  • The winner must collect the prize in person from an Opus Art Supplies location. Alternatively, the winner may choose to pay for shipping to have the prize delivered anywhere in Canada, provided a postal service will deliver to the designated address. The winner is liable for all shipping costs related to receiving the prize.

Publicity and Marketing:

  • Opus Art Supplies retains the right to use the winner's name and image for marketing and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Opus Art Supplies is not responsible for any issues related to the prize or the giveaway.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:

  • Opus Art Supplies reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • This giveaway complies with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.
