Customer Experience Leader at Opus PrintSpace  

We are looking for someone to join the Customer Experience and Production team at the Opus PrintSpace, full time Monday to Friday.

Opus PrintSpace provides fine art prints primarily for British Columbia as well as across Canada, and is looking to grow our department. We are looking for someone who has a passion for digital printing and framing. The ideal candidate needs to be excited to build relationships and provide support for the needs of a wide variety of photographers, artists, creatives, and galleries.

Through the consultation process the PrintSpace Customer Experience Leader will communicate with empathy, and transparency the production quality and processes to their customer as well as understanding their customer’s creative needs, suggest solutions, process orders and maintain systems between stores and individuals.

Opus PrintSpace also provides customer service to each Opus location along with in-person, email, and telephone customers. Opus PrintSpace is located at 1695 W 2nd Ave, Vancouver, BC, right in the heart of Vancouver’s design district.

  • Consult with customers and clients regarding their printing and framing requirements.
  • Production support, including printing, packaging, distribution, maintenance.

Assets but not required: 

  • familiarity with digital printing, fine art framing, and conservation.
  • Knowledge of Opus art supplies products and services.
