Artist Statement

"The passage of time has become a recurring theme in my jewelry. I am expressing ideas about cycles varying in length from moments to lifetimes to eons. My work explores the relationship between the manmade and the natural, and draws influence from the structures and surfaces of botanical and anatomical objects. "
