Sat, September 15, 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM

September 14, 2018 – Please note: Both of these demonstrations are now full and no further registration will be taken. Thank you for your interest!

Join Anna for a demonstration on how to create paint skins and incorporate them into your acrylic paintings.

Paint skins are made by layering paints on a non-porous surface and then peeling them off to use in a painting. They can be added to increase dimensionality, which adds interest and complexity.

Space is limited and registration is required.
Please visit Opus Victoria or contact them at 250‑386‑8133 or toll free 1‑800‑524‑6555 to register.

Anna Curtin is a full time professional artist working from her studio in Rock Bay Square, Victoria, British Columbia. She studied at the Vancouver Island School of Art and later at the University of Gloucestershire, UK where she completed a Masters in Fine Art with a distinction in painting. The artist uses a variety of mediums and methods to communicate her ideas, and is a restless investigator of the myriad possibilities of paint.
