Join Ian as he demonstrates the watercolour painting techniques he uses when creating his streetscapes. Discover how to work with variegated colours, dry brushing, negative painting, lost and found edges, along with other painting tips for colour mixing, perspective, and creating figures within the streetscape.

You'll see every step he takes, from using a photo reference, thumbnail sketches, and the preliminary pencil drawing, to underpainting and adding the final details.

Space is limited and registration is required.
Please visit Opus Coquitlam or contact them at 604‑545‑0410 to register.
