In this demonstration, Sharon will be discussing techniques and tools that can be applied to create a wide variety of textures in painting such as in her beach treasure series of stones, glass, and wood. Sharon will be sharing and demonstrating her favourite techniques, brushes, tools and ideas to create a rich variety of texture in a painting.

Sharon Clarke Haugli is a Kelowna based artist with roots in Vancouver. Her current work is inspired by the sense of connection, peacefulness, and beauty she finds being in nature. She was recently featured as the Spotlight Artist in the internationally distributed Beachcombing Magazine for her “Beach Treasure” series.
