A newbie in brush lettering? No worries, this session may be just right for you. Learn the basic brush strokes for beautiful lower case letters and the use of a hard nib, TomBow Fudenosuke brush pen. Learn the differences in brands of brush pens including TomBow Dual brush, Pentel Touch, Faber Castell Pitt Artist pen, Artline Stix, Pilot Dual and Neuland markers from Germany, and see examples of how brush lettering can be applied. You will leave this session with examples and a lettering guide, and confidence to get started.
I started lettering in October 2016 after taking an introductory session with the amazing Amanda Arneill, and I was hooked. I have since taken classes and experimented with different types of lettering, styles, and applications. I consider myself a part time letterer. I do lettering mostly for fun (check me out on instagram @rosannavons), for therapeutic relaxation purposes, and to complement my work as a visual facilitator check me out on social media @rosanna_acf or www.advancedconsultingfacilitation.com) I also do custom work when I have time.
