In this demonstration, you will learn the process behind putting together a comic! We’ll cover everything from building your comic page to post-production and printing, taking you step-by-step and arming you with the know-how to create your own comics. We’ll talk about the tools of the trade, and demonstrate how to use ink & copic markers to create your final art! If you’ve been wanting to create your own comic but don’t know where to start, you’ll leave this demonstration ready to tackle the challenge.

Rachel “Tuna” Petrovicz is an illustrator and comic artist hailing from North Vancouver. Inspired by Japanese and european comic aesthetics, her expressive work ranges from the sweet to the slightly macabre. Self published comics include paranormal thriller “Bea, Haunted (2019)”, sci-fi comedy “Spacecase (2018)” and cozy fantasy “Good Spirits (2017)”.
