Join Gaye Adams for a wet-in-wet oil painting demonstration!
This is the method Gaye most often uses in the studio and always uses when painting in the field. She will discuss working from thin paint to thick paint, from dark to light, and from big shapes to small shapes. The discussion will include the advantages of working this way and how to avoid a few of the pitfalls inherent in this method.

About Your Host
Gaye has been painting professionally for over three decades. She is a signature Federation of Canadian Artists (SFCA) member and holds a master pastellist designation with the Pastel Artists of Canada (MPAC). In addition to working with her commercial galleries, Gaye also has garnered her own private collectors from around the world. The subject matter of Gaye's painting is landscape, although she really considers the rendering of compelling and authentic light to be most what she is compelled to paint.
