Opus National Mail Order Department - Sales Staff

We're looking to add a full-time member to our National Mail Order Service team. Located on Cornett Rd, a 5 minute walk from the Rupert Skytrain Station, this office building also houses our Marketing and Purchasing departments, along with our Warehouse distribution centre.

As a National Mail Order Service Sales Representative, you will be a committed team player who possesses an enthusiasm to provide the highest levels of service to our creative customers of all experience levels - all across Canada!

National Mail Order Sales Staff are responsible for:

• Conducting sales and answering general inquiries by phone and email
• Applying your creative customer service skills to achieve personal, team and company goals
• Improving your product knowledge
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism through verbal and written communications
• Excelling in providing accurate product information to customers
• Demonstrating a positive and professional outlook at all times
• Displaying self-motivation, fairness, and honesty
• Occasional participation in in-store and off-site company events

This is a entry level, permanent, full-time position offering 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 8:15am to 4:45pm.
