Community Workshops & Classes
We are passionate about art and art education, and all the benefits it provides to us as individuals and as a society. As such, we wanted to create a way to make it easy for anyone interested in art to connect with anyone who teaches it. Our community workshops database is all about making that connection.
So if you want to take an art class, learn how to develop your art career, or maybe just want to dabble in some kind of weekend retreat to get your creative juices flowing again, then the solution is just a click away: Please visit workshops and classes
Use this resource to find great workshops and classes offered throughout the province. Classes can still be searched by date, location and subject but can also be refined to include all those factors. All you have to do is decide what inspires you.
Taking a class is also a great way to connect with other artists who are passionate about their art and who love to share and teach their craft to others.
Our database is also a FREE service for art teachers and organizations offering classes. You can post your own classes and manage your profile online.
Instructor profiles can be detailed with information such as medium of choice, philosophy, or recent exhibitions. Instructors can also post up to six samples of their work - like a mini online gallery. Potential students can view instructor profiles via a link in each course listing, and from the list of Current Instructors in the new Workshops & Classes section.
Why not make sure your next class if full of students? It's easy, just sign up and away you go.
