Kim will show you how to start a daily creative practice, how to set yourself up for realistic and attainable creative goals by showcasing her routine and how she has accomplished a successful art career.
Cost:$15, supplies included.
Space is limited and registration is required.
Please visit Opus Downtown Vancouver or contact them at 604‑678‑5889 to register.
Kim Werker is an expert at making things she has no idea how to make (which is how she started making stamps). Primarily a writer and editor on topics related to crafts, art and creativity, her latest book is Make It Mighty Ugly, a handbook for vanquishing creative demons. She teaches workshops regularly both in-person and online, and has a habit of making something – often something terrible but sometimes something awesome – every day.
