Painting 'Solvent-Free', with Cobra Water-Mixable Oils with Darryl Funk

Location:
Granville Island
Sat, December 16, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Sat, December 16, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Come join Darryl as he demonstrates the versatility and benefits of solvent-free painting with Cobra oil paints!

Unlike conventional oils, the ability to thin and clean these paint with water provides a safer alternative for those with smaller home studios, or health concerns. Darryl will also discuss technical aspects of these oil paints. They're also a perfect choice for those wanting to transition from acrylics to oils!

Aside from demonstrating his technique of painting in an 'illustrative' style, he will also show how water-mixable oils can be used like watercolour paints.

Space is limited and registration is required.
Please visit Opus Granville Island or contact them at 604‑736‑7028 to register.
