Christina Luo of Fox & Flourish will be speaking about her experience of starting a creative-driven small business. Christina has worked hard to establish herself in the Vancouver Art & Design field and retain creative autonomy over her work and craft.
She will touch on establishing a client base, maintaining a visual presence on social media and reviving Calligraphy, a traditional craft, in an age highly focused on digital media. She will also do a demonstration of popular modern calligraphy lettering styles.
This will introduce attendees to Christina's work as well as the world of skilled craftspeople operating small creative-driven businesses.
Space is limited and registration is required.
Please visit Opus Downtown Vancouver or contact them at 604‑678‑5889 to register.
