Cold Wax & Oil Mixed Media Fusion with Lori Bagnérès

North Vancouver
Sun, September 10, 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Sun, September 10, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Join Lori Bagnérès, a mixed media artist from North Vancouver as she shows you the versatility of acrylic mediums and how to meld personal photos into compositions.

In addition to this, Lori will demonstrate how to build up surface texture onto the same artwork by layering in cold wax medium combined with oil paint. Cold Wax medium does not require the use of a heat gun and the completed composition will result in a smooth wax matte finish that will dry in just a few days.

Along with an introduction, Lori will discuss photo transfers, surface treatments, and mixed media applications with photos. Plus, a few different looks you can achieve with cold wax and photo transfers.

Space is limited and registration is required.
Please visit Opus North Vancouver or contact them at 604‑904‑0447 to register.
