Local blogger sounds off about the Vancouver 2010 Aboriginal Art Exhibition

We recently stumbled across Bruce Byfield’s blog, and in particular, on his reflections about the Vancouver 2010 Aboriginal Art Exhibition that happened back in October. Byfield is a Northwest Coast Art enthusiast and collector, and we found his criticism interesting for the broader introduction it offered to the various relationships the Olympics has attempted to engage in with local artists.

Also interesting is his November 18th post about a ring he commissioned from Gwaii Edenshaw. Check it out.

Do you have an opinion that needs voicing?
