Special Events:
Opening Reception
Tuesday June 28, 7–9 pm
Meet the artists and enjoy a performance by North Vancouver musicians Peter and Tony Chotem.
Afternoon Celebration
Sunday July 3, 1–4 pm
Come and experience magic of Raku! Reconnect with one of the earliest art forms– pottery. Plan to buy a ready-made item to glaze yourself and watch the colours develop through this exciting firing process. Raku is a Japanese word meaning ‘pleasure’ and these lovely decorative items are made to give you just that. You will leave with your own piece of art in about 1 hour. Meanwhile, groove to the melodies of Double Helix Jazz Trio.
