Opus National Mail Order Department - Sales Staff

We're looking to add full-time members to our National Mail Order Service, located on Cornett Rd, a 5 minute walk from the Rupert Skytrain Station.

As a National Mail Order Service sales representative with Opus Art Supplies, you will be a committed team player who possesses an enthusiasm to achieve the highest levels of customer service. You will be responsible for providing resources to Canada's creative community through our inbound call centre and Opus' online store.

National Mail Order Sales Staff are responsible for:

• Applying your customer service skills to achieve personal, team and company goals
• Improving your product knowledge
• Excelling in providing accurate product information to customers
• Exercising good communication skills
• Contributing constructive input to the company
• Participating in finding positive solutions to unforeseen challenges
• Demonstrating a positive and professional outlook at all times
• Displaying self-motivation, fairness and honesty.
• Conducting sales and answering general inquiries by phone and email
• Providing interdepartmental support to other Opus staff
• Assisting in the maintenance of our customer database
• Occasional participation in in-store and off-site company events
